Wow - well done on the pictures, and good luck with the offer. You two links should be kept as a lesson in what a difference house presentation makes!

    Update:

The offer has been upped by £5k and we have another interested party too who want to give an offer.

Tomorrow there will be a second viewing from the first family who have upped their offer and we'll see what happens after this weekend.

There are still viewings but other than 2 serious interst no other offers.

Rightly or wrongly we have since had contact from a company known as the "investment property group" and a client of theirs has offered us a reasonable sum for the house (hes a private landlord), we have accepted but there is a lot of scepticism over the company and its trading methods.

I'd advise anyone thinking this is genuine to read the full thread about "investment property group" before contacting the company.

Most people think it is a scam designed to get £1199 in fees from people desperate to sell their property. Inforeq and other brand new posters are the only ones who seem to think it is a legitimate setup but they also seem rather reluctant to answer some pretty basic questions on the matter.

It is entirely up to an individual person as to their opinon on the company,

Absolutely, I simply gave my opinion that this is a scam and posted a link so that others can see the existing detailed discussion.

To the OP, congrats on finally getting offers and apologies for posting in your thread but I didn't want anyone considering IPG without reading up on them first.

This is great news - just found out this morning. But I will believe it once we've actually completed.
