What on earth made you buy a PSP, the DS is far better for taking to school, It's clam shell form offers better protection than the PSP, The DS also offers a better range of games suitable for the 6 year old recluse.
Personally I think you were wrong in choosing the PSP.
and if you are in debt, what on earth where you thinking, Sell the PSP payoff some debt.... and think about your actions in future.:D:D

Don't you read other threads?
His son already has a DS - took it to holiday club and it got stolen.

So you give a £200 piece of technology to a 6 year old and you fear it will be broken?
I think you should sell his PSP and get him a football/basketball/bike and encourage him to go out and be a young boy and to make friends, this way you wont have to worry about anything being broken and you wont have to try and force him to leave home when he's a fat 25 year old sitting for 10 hours on the xbox in his room.
The school are doing it the right way and you're doing it the easy way.MFW - <£90kAll other debts cleared thanks to the knowledge gained from this wonderful website and its users!0 -

I don't have any children but some of the parents who post on MSE make me realise why so many children are unhappy , unable to concentrate and rude.
If you don't understand why the child should leave his PSP at home then i'm not sure why you think you are mature enough to be a parent really.
Ho hum. another abusive post reported.0 -

What more is there to say? The boy should do as he's asked and dad should back up the people looking after him. Anything else isn't important, is it? Whose child was planned, who has what debt, whether or not the child 'should' have electronic games, what was said on other threads... Surely the question in the OP has been answered and everything else is pointless?May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0
