    That's super-cool. :D

Can you teach me how to do that, please? :T

OP, ask the club supervisors to contact you directly with any further messages rather than send them through your son, but otherwise I think you are on a hiding to nothing. How would you feel if one of the other children accidentally broke the PSP, say, if there was an accident where your son dropped it and a child stood on it by accident? Would you go into the school all guns blazing?

As for the 'I bet you're all English' comment, that's actually racist (although nobody calls it racist when it is, presumably, a white person calling another white person), and also very presumptuous: do you somehow think that all other Welsh people would side with you? There's already mountainofdebt who doesn't, and one can only assume that the people who run the after school club are also Welsh and they don't seem to agree with you, either. Perhaps it's more a case of 'bet they're all being reasonable and can see things from more than one viewpoint'.

genius - a history of things being stolen from after school club makes someone even more keen to forced them to allow an expensive PSP to be taken......... i still think it's a shame that a 6 year old isn't encouraged to play or, heaven forbid these days, read a book or something. however, parenting choices aside, the incident of things being stolen would be enough for most people to stop expensive things being taken (let alone the number of ways that a group of primary school kids could destroy it by accident). mad thread, mad attitude

If the school has said no PSPs in school surely that means no bringing them to school not no playing PSPs

The English thing was a joke mun !!! :p

Anyway, I've been called Taffy on here too. Quite good too since I'm originally from the Taff valley. Not everyone seems to appreciate that only some of us are from there so we're not all Taffys....

I dont mind being called sheep sh*gger either though...

As long as it means I still get to support whoevers playing England in the forthcoming world cup (along with everyone else in Wales, Scotland, and Ireland !!!):A:A:A

I used to get called Taff even though I am Scottish, apparently it's a cockney joke (think Private Walker in Dad's Army calling Private Frazer it was what set it off).

plus Ayone But England (nothing personal just we have been hearing about he last time for 44 years so far - they think it's all over, wish it was :( ).

You should...there are DEFINITELY laws against that one. The RSPCA might pay a visit! ;)

LOL. There are many valleys in wales (south wales anyway) but of course not everyone lives in the valleys either.

The River Taff joins the sea at Cardiff (having been joined further up the valley in Pontypridd by the River Rhondda).
