    Hiya guys,

I got an email today from AMTI services (they're a small specialist video shoppning company that i used to work with) telling me about their new 'mystery shopping help guide' thing, either way its free and comes in a pdf download. I've got it and it seems really good, i'm quite an experienced shopper and there was a couple of bits of info new to me.

Just thought some of you on here would find it useful and, well it is free so can't really go wrong! :D BTW just cos i've worked with them before doesn't make me affiliated with them, i just thought MSEers like freebies :)

Link is store.amtiservices.com and all you need to do is add the free guide to your basket and then checkout. Simples!

    Hope someone finds it useful,

I'm curious about what this easily identified GAP meal is and what is is that ye are ordering that's so different to what other customers order? When I did those shops a few years ago it was a meal deal and dessert. Not really anything that a normal customer wouldn't buy.

I'm tempted to go in there some day soon and ask for a receipt with my order just to see if it improves the service! I actually do go there a lot but I only buy tea or coffee usually.

I firmly believe that they know when the MSer is coming, not sure how though.

Payment this month (i.e for work done in May) has been delayed. It's expected tomorrow. If you still don't get it by the end of the week I'd send them an e-mail at ShopperAssignmentsUK@gapbuster.com

I'm new to GFK. Have picked up a visit but want to change the time. Is this possible? If so, can someone tell me how. Regards,
