That is so unprofessional!! That manager should get a ******ing for doing that..I would be tempted to write back saying you don't know what he is talking about and you will report him to head office!

The best thing would be to contact the person dealing with this account at RE and tell them what has happened as it is so out of order. I would call them, not e mail and ensure you speak to the account manager of this client. Have they sent any proof reading queries to you? If the manager knows that you are the M shopper then I would imagine they have sent your report to the client.

Yea he was the only member of staff I dealt with throughout my stay. He also called me the day before confirming my visit, but for the day of his call. I told him I was sure I booked for the following day and he changed it for me.

Then I got an email from him thanks and he was going to take it as 100% as the car park is also a public path and people are constantly dumping stuff there. So he must have received the report. The only thing that could have given me away is that my address is an hour away which he would have known from my card details as well as the little form you have to fill out.

All very strange.

Don't know why I'm so excited, really, since I'm not exactly into cars, but it sounds like good fun and a pretty decent fee too! :-)

I have been emailing Amberarch for weeks now as I have never been sent a password or user name for the website. I have had no reply should I be worried? I can not raise an invoice because I can not get onto the website!
