If you rented with a woman, would you get that rental money back in 3 years (or whatever) time if you decide to split? No!!! Weird post? Trying to become debt free but this site makes me spend a fortune!!! Trying to become debt free but this site makes me spend a fortune!!! 0 0

If I were you I'd either A stop trolling or B tell you gf exactly how you view her kids, so she can move on.
You need to man up, you're not suited to kids and they don't deserve you, that's why if she has any sense she won't risk the kiddies home on a wasteful fling.0

You can choose not to move in.
I meant i'd be paying the mortgage too.0

But you are just paying rent. Its not your house and if your GF has her wits about her then it will stay that way. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

I think you are far too insecure to get involved in this situation. You cant go into a relationship thinking of all the negative things. If I was her I wouldnt let you move in at all. She is obviously trying to be a family with you and therefore you should look after her and the children. Thats your job as the man of the house to look after and provide for the family. End of. If you are not up to it then you should stay single.
Presumably you cant afford to buy your own house so how can you expect to be entitled to hers.0

Yes, but do you think it's fair? Then if we break up i can get her to pay me back the money i've paid into the house rather than walking away with nothing if i was paying rent. Single men have rights too.
You can claim a constructive interest in the property anyway, you would not need to be on the mortgage to do this.Gone ... or have I?0
