Got a full refund from Barclaycard Chargeback after sending them all relevant documentation. I was asked for a copy of the rental agreement, but in addition I sent copies of police letter, all emails and even a copy of an article from the Sunday Times!0

I received a refund from Barclaycard last week after using Suncar in August.
Barclaycard say they are going to make further investigations but I wonder if they will, maybe they just write the money off.
Trouble is Suncar are still trading even though the Suncar website has disappeared, you now get redirected to the Decode car website!0 -
I can't believe these people are still trading .... why can't Trading Standards do something useful and shut them down !!0
