no do not use them they cancelled our car 2 days before can;t get money back lot of people had trouble with them

Paid for suncar rental in March 2010 and went to Spain in August. I had the same problems in relation to the company in Spain asking for more money as the transaction hadn't been received from suncar. I am still waiting for my money £400 and Suncar complaints dept. won't reply to my email. Anyone got any ideas?

The 5 live Investigates piece about Suncar customers having to pay twice and the company then going to ground has just been on. Definitely a company to avoid.

Firstly, agree with everyone. This company is a scam but what shocks me is they can get away with it. Nobody from Consumer direct (trading standards), The Police and even the credit card company does anything about them. They just go on trading!!

I'm a little confused about getting my bank to chargeback. Can this be done with a Visa debit card ?

Has anyone taken them to the small claims court yet ?

hired a car in sept 2010 using a debit card BIG MISTAKE apparently i have no come back.so i shall just have to put it down to experience. i see they are still trading, surely trading standards or police can do something
