Well, there is the family theory that we have some Russian royal blood, yes...
Though I think it's almost certainly not true.
Shame.
Isn't this just a long-winded way of answering 'no'?No, I was referring to other posters, whom I have no reason to believe would do anything other than welcome your thoughts.
chucky has ventured there, and hell, I agreed with him.
It can happen, you know...:)
I've 'ventured' onto your thread as requested, though I'm not sure whether you'll like my input. TBH, the thread seemed rather extraneous as we had already discussed all this the day before on a different thread you had created. There are only so many different ways to say the same thing, though I suppose it does keep your thread creation average up. Ho hum."I can hear you whisperin', children, so I know you're down there. I can feel myself gettin' awful mad. I'm out of patience, children. I'm coming to find you now." - Harry Powell, Night of the Hunter, 1955.0 -
I think you missed the point of the thread, Harry. It wasn't - as all the other posters correctly figured out - to discuss any 1 idea, let alone my idea in the OP. It was for everyone to put forward their own positive, constructive ideas on how to improve the country.
Unless your sole constructive idea to make a difference to the country is to 'expose' my hypocrisy, your post seemed a little off topic.I'm not sure that even if my hypocrisy were revealed to the nation on the 9 o'clock news, we as a nation would actually be much better off.
I would love to hear your constructive thoughts, but am beginning to assume that the reason you don't post any is because you don't have any.
I'd love to be proved wrong on this, though.0 -

As you have admitted your hypocrisy then we'll say no more about it, on this thread anyway, though I reserve the right to mention it every time I see you rant on about 'benefit scum' because, like it or not, in many people's eyes, you're one of them."I can hear you whisperin', children, so I know you're down there. I can feel myself gettin' awful mad. I'm out of patience, children. I'm coming to find you now." - Harry Powell, Night of the Hunter, 1955.0 -
I haven't admitted any hypocrisy.
You don't do irony, do you?0 -

Clearly you don't do irony carolt, if you think your last post was ironic. :rotfl:"I can hear you whisperin', children, so I know you're down there. I can feel myself gettin' awful mad. I'm out of patience, children. I'm coming to find you now." - Harry Powell, Night of the Hunter, 1955.0 -
Reread it, dear.
I'd rather not explain it, as irony rather loses its bit when explained point by point.0 -
Google 'irony' carolt. You might understand it then. You don't have any history of making humourous posts, so I'll let you off this time. Don't let it happen again though...."I can hear you whisperin', children, so I know you're down there. I can feel myself gettin' awful mad. I'm out of patience, children. I'm coming to find you now." - Harry Powell, Night of the Hunter, 1955.0
