My last car was an Audi. No-one could've been bad-tempered driving that. An automatic with leather seats that felt like you were driving a cross between a loveable labradoodle and an armchair. If that doesn't make you laid back nothing will.

Today I drove my son's Honda Civic. Now that one made me just wanted to get home as soon as possible!

The 1 series isn't the best BMW for sure - but I'd rather be driving that than a crappy french or japanese equivalent.
