A new neighbour has just moved in to our cosy little estate of 26 houses and guess what? He is a UW distributer and within 2 days of moving in he has been at everyones door trying to sign them up.

He's definitely not getting invited to the next party.
  • I know for a fact that this company was hauled before Consumer Focus and they had to go to the higher unit in Scotland for their actions once our case is fully over then we will be going to press with all the phone calls and info on this company they even threaten 15 year olds!

Perhaps you could quote this "fact" and share with the rest of us?

I would also like to know how UW can 'threaten' 15 years olds. No one under the age of 18 can join the Utility Warehouse.

Why do you keep jumping to defend the uw here, yet ignore the fact that you "speak with forked tongue"?

Elsewhere you are the most vociferous amongst uw reps in complaining bitterly about uw, going so far as to say you cannot even promote the company, see their conference for the reps as just being "claptrap", etc etc.

Yet here you cynically tell us how happy you are with uw, and fiercely defend it against any criticism??

    eg:

The company is on the wrong path as far as I'm concerned. The management seem to believe their own hype now which is not a good sign

Can anyone tell me how I put someone on my ignore list. I thought I'd done it but I am still reading posts.

The way you ignore the issue of your split personality in the way you continue to use this forum to promote the uw to us when in reality you are far from being happy with it says a lot about both yourself and your company! What are your motives in keeping returning here?

I've stopped completely both customer gathering and ID recruiting now..............I'm sorry for having to write this post. We are all told to be happy but unless we are allowed to voice our feelings nothing will change. IDs are doing the work for a great company but I feel completely let down by the management now...........I am however unhappy with the direction of the company. I like the club concept but I feel it's more about hype now and not what it was set up for in the first place

I put someone on my ignore list but the individual still appears, but not sure why. Can anyone tell me if they have the same problem? I'm sure I'm putting the correct name in the box.
