oh no, quite the contrary, a lot of iphone users are daft posers (myself excluded, obviously)

LOL, yes, but now they'll just get poseur points for having an iphone, not for telling everyone about it.

Find me the option to remove the "sent from my Blackberry smartphone on Virgin Mobile" option please. I don't like having my phone's IQ displayed everytime I send an email!

Can anyone suggest what to do with our 14" Sony portable tv ? It's old style CRT, it's about 5 years old and minted. We've advertised it on freecycle 3 times now and no-one's biting, the local charity shops won't take electrical goods at all ... seems a shame to dump it.

Weird, cos loads on our group are asking for tv's. Maybe they're holding out for little skinny LCD tv's ?

You obviously seem to have an axe to grind since you're picking after post after post on here in some kind of a frenzy so I'm guessing we've rattled your cage somewhat... obviously there are a large number of other people on here who are veering between being annoyed and bemused by the ridiculous wanteds cropping up more and more - since this thread's incredibly active and long-lived.

I just wanted to repeat this post because it makes SO much sense. Its not about asking for one thing...its about asking for a shopping list and then stipulating specifics to boot!!

I don't actually know! I have done a little googling and it seems you need to do it from Virgin as it says:

"Sign in to your carrier BIS site and make the changes by editing your account settings."

I offered a less that 2 year old leather sofa, said in the email I need it collected the night before my new one is delivered, not sure when that is, I've had emails saying, I'll take it tomorrow or not at all another email asking when they can come round and view it??
