OFFER: modern modular settee with chaise longue in cream/beige - to go today (xxx xx)
I have a nice modern modular settee, 3 seater, with a chaise longue at one end. It is in 3 sections. It is covered in a creamy beige needle cord fabric with different material cushions for the back. It is reasonably clean and unmarked. Cushion covers are removable to wash.
It is currently upstairs and will need carrying downstairs and out of the house, so will need 2 people to carry it. I have some other furniture to move within the house, which I may ask you to help me with while you are here as I am disabled and unable to carry weight.
and from the same person:I have an electric Pro-form treadmill which I need to be out of the house today, preferably this morning.
It is a very good model with several exercise programs and pulse monitoring. I am not sure which model but it is one of these - http://www.proformfitness.co.uk/treadmills.html
It is EXTREMELY HEAVY and will need at least two very strong people to carry it from it's upstairs room. I am not able to carry weight, and I would also ask you to help me move a mattress to my next door neighbour while you are here.
love it - you can have it free but when you come to pick it up you can also move my house around.loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
That seems like a pretty fair exchange to me! The person is honest about it and you are still getting something for nothing.0

Fixed. If you are working for it it's not for nothing. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

I offered something recently and got six messages from the same wanter. At least I presume she wanted it, not one of the messages actually asked for it. Where r u? and Do you still have it? I wonder if she feels hard done by that she never gets things off freecycle? But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

These responses are usually from traders - they send non-specific replies to all posts to get in quickly.0 -
