WANTED: Looking for a flat screen tv no smaller than a 22in
Hi, I'm looking for a flat screen tv if any one has one spare? Needed
due to moving into first home shortly. If anyone could help it would be
very much appreciated. Many thanks

And my desperate wanted (a really old, crappy sideboard/cabinet) is of course now a gazillion pages lost thanks to posts like this.I use voice dictation software to create many of my posts. I correct obvious errors if I spot them, but I aim to post quickly to keep the conversation moving. Please therefore disregard odd spelling/grammar in my posts if you see it. Thank you!0 -
I have chuckled & groaned my way through this entire thread - it goes back to 2010!
There are indeed plenty of numpties out there, rude, greedy and unreliable but of course there are many good results too.
As far as phone numbers are concerned, I always give my number when replying in case people choose to call, and I always request one if I'm offering something, though not a mobile one. This is because I may choose to ring, but also so I can call any no-shows just before I go to bed, to express my concern that they may have had problems on their journey, are they ok? I was worried & couldn't sleep, etc. Btw, I am never in bed before midnight.....Deal with things as they are, not as they should be.0 -
Very easily, put them in the pole bag - forget to put the pole bag in the car etc.

Freegler wanted it, eventually after 10 days, collected it.
My OH goes out to buy some groceries & finds our cat flap in the bin outside shop
I had to re offer itOur Family Motto ~If all else fails - read the instructions...

That would really annoy me! I would contact the Moderator about this member. The whole principle between Freegle is to stop stuff going to the tip.
If it wasn't what the Freegler wanted, they should have reoffered it.0 -
This made me chuckle, both for the audacity and the spelling. "hi im looking for any caravans any condishion thanks can contact me on 07** or 07** ........ will colect thanks...."0

It may not quite win the prize for worst spelling and punctuation, but is this the best sob story so far?
