Does anyone have a redundant Sky or Sky+ box please? Ours has decided to fail this morning so we have an unhappy child

Wow, this child is soooooo badly off! Freeview arrived in my house when I was 19 and bought the box myself. Had to be satisfied with standard channels all my life and never done me any harm.

Am so, so fed up of these stupid, cutesy stories.

Another one the other day was wanting a high chair & playpen "and anything else to tame a one year old".

Maybe this is real but I'm guessing mentioning randomly 'a specialist care unit' may tug at the heartstrings, and get a lovely expensive Mac for free.

I first read it that they had broken their hair removal system.

hi does anyone have a sat nav for car? condition doesnt matter, im just
fed up of getting lost around ******** lol!

As they're fed up getting lost around the city they live in, (or at least posted in) I would have thought an A-Z would suffice if they can't afford a sat nav.

"if any one has any of these unwanted items in ******* that are no longer needed it would be much appreciated as i have not long moved in to my property. I'm ideally looking for a coffee table, t.v. stand draws or storage boxes, nets for the windows, baby gates( not screw ins), t.v and any baby stuff for e.g high chair"

Was I a bit cheeky to reply to their post with the link to the argos website?

We moved into our house a month ago, we have a baby on the way however we bought our own stuff and still don't have a TV as saving up for one. I wouldn't dream of posting a huge list on freecycle.

At least they didn't specify colour, size and make which seems to be getting more common on Wants!

    I love this
hey this is a big ask but i get married in 27 days tym and jus need to loose a lil bit more weight so if any1 can gift me a push bike i wud b much appreciated

surely, one uses up more calories walking or running than riding a bike? so the weight loss will be faster if she just walks/runs ... - or just don't eat for the next 3 1/2 weeks !!
I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say. :)

    not quite so simple
cycling is low impact so can allow someone to burn off calories with less pain/risk of injury
