I disagree with you james. Leaving aside the sex, I think the age gap between the girls and the man is too large and happening at the wrong time of their lives to be healthy.

I'm getting much more sympathetic with the OP now. I think they are on holiday at the moment, are they? or going when?

what is age though leaving the 14 year old out for a second

i dont see anything wrong with a 19 year old woman dating a 60 year old man
yes he may have met her when she was 15 but again although not the norm nowt wrong with that

sex on ther other hand is slightly different if the guy did have sex with her when she was underage then im sure he should be prosecuted but from what the op said the poilce felt that was not the case

Since when has a 60 year old man having sex with an underage girl been doing nothing wrong? He should have been prosecuted at the time and would have been put on the Sex Offenders Register and possibly gaoled.

Although nothing can be done about this now, the OP is obviously worried that the younger sister is being groomed for sex which seems perfectly possible in the circumstances.

we dont know they did we only presuming from the details to what the op said and he may belive they had sex when actually they didnt

A 19 year old woman isnt a child, so your comparisons dont mean Jack.

Im sorry you are clearly wrong and yet again passing comment on things you have no professional ( and probably no personal)experience of. I presume you must be really bored and thats why your contributions are so vacuous and off the wall.

I would hate to be the concerned OP, clearly he has already had one daughter exposed you truly think that he should just accept the fact that his other child might be exposed too?

If you have children all I can say James is that I hope you protect them and can identify when they are at risk.

Im sorry, but I really dont think you will know more than the girls own father. Why are you trying to make out "it cant have happened"

In fact dont answer that, im sure the OP isnt interested.

leave the 19 yr old out of the equation, her mother has allowed the realtionship to go on four yrs now. However the sister is a minor and is bowing down to peer pressure from her sister, both parents are resonsible for her welfare. If they cant reach agreement and one feels stronger about the siuation then legal advice needs to be sorted which apparently is too late now as the trip has taken place?. Obviously the mother has full custody with you having visiting rights.I sympathise with your position but as a divorcee myself many yrs ago you'll find you'll be left out of a lot of descisions unless you have a good relationship.

The OP only mentioned 60 years old once. So he must be at least 64 now.

    Nice!

Now hold on everyon, lets just stop a minute.

OP is looking for advice due to his EX allowing his youngest 14 year old to go on holiday when he had declined permission. If OP has parental rights then this should have been a joint decision between mum and dad.

In this instance, mum has made the decision alone against dads wishes.
Regardless if the child not living with dad, how much involvement dad has had in the past, from OPs post he is involved now.

However OP i dont think there is anything legal you can do unfortunately. Your 14 and 19 year old obviously get on having gone on holiday. If it was my child, I'm sure I would feel very uncomfortable too.

Maybe it is Mum you need to have a sit down chat with, to decide and agree the best for your daughter.
