James I think the OP is more conerned that as this man has groomed his older daughter, he may do the same with the younger one. Awful situation to be in OP, if you have some sort of legal agreement for custody or rights to your younger daughter, could you not consult a solicitor for advice?

I hope that gets sorted out. I don't understand what a 60 year old man would want with a girl when she was only 15 and i don't understand why the police didn't do anything about it. I have nothing against age gaps but think that it is very wrong for a man that old to be with a young girl, especially as he met her when she was 15. I also think its wrong that the mother has allowed her younger daughter to go on holiday with them.

while i would not be happy with my 19 year old dating a 60 year old man if shes happy why cant she be left to it

calling the police and social services could cause more damage to this guys life than anything and he may be completely innocent

Do you ever actually read what people are actually saying?

i have read it i gave my point the older girl is 19 able to make her own descions only she and the guy involved no what went on before she turned 16 its seems the op automatically thinks just because the guy is over 60 hes a child molestor or some kind of deviant and based his views on that

the 14 year old is a seperate issue who has asked her to go on holiday the sister or the older man i presume its the sister and i cant see whats wrong with it (apart from the sisters boyfreind is an older gent )

the op needs to chill out invite the sistere boyfreind out for a drink and get to know him before making assumptions

    Dont be bonkers

The younger child is 14 and potentially at risk.

Think before you type it might help.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

im sorry but i think certain people including the op have jumped to conclusions about this fellow and his intentions (its this paranoid nanny state we live in) he may be a really nice chap

if he was 25 they'd be no fuss

If he was having sex, with a child younger than 16 when he was over 60 - then YES - he IS a child molester.

The OP IS asking about the issue of the 14 year old going on holiday - it's not a separate issue - it IS the issue - he was giving the other information to give CONTEXT to his query.

In any state - nanny or not - this is wrong.

I disagree with you james. Leaving aside the sex, I think the age gap between the girls and the man is too large and happening at the wrong time of their lives to be healthy.

I'm getting much more sympathetic with the OP now. I think they are on holiday at the moment, are they? or going when?

Since when has a 60 year old man having sex with an underage girl been doing nothing wrong? He should have been prosecuted at the time and would have been put on the Sex Offenders Register and possibly gaoled.

Although nothing can be done about this now, the OP is obviously worried that the younger sister is being groomed for sex which seems perfectly possible in the circumstances.

no hes not she have to be under 13 for that to be true (according to the law)

we have no idea whether she had sex with him or not underage the op states they were found in car together ( im sure thats not illegal other wise we all better hand our selves in tommorow) he is presuming they slept together
