Driver who was talking on her mobile phone

DCFC - you are bothered about someone talking then admit you drive and send texts! I suppose you also drive after having a couple of bottles of wine too? Effect on drivers of both is the same - I've done the tests on a simulator and it is frightening how quickly a moment of inattention can cause a pile up.
I do advise you not to ever have an accident which injures someone. The police will check your phone records and if it can be shown you have used it at any point when you were driving before the accident (even if using it wasn't a factor in the accident) you may spend some time at Her Majesty's pleasure.
im well aware of the implications of it, i dont drink and drive even when told to just have 1 i dont as its wrong to drink and drive0 -

Assuming you're not being facetious you might want to read highway code, rule no 191
"You MUST NOT park on a crossing or in the area covered by the zig-zag lines. You MUST NOT overtake the moving vehicle nearest the crossing or the vehicle nearest the crossing which has stopped to give way to pedestrians.
[Laws ZPPPCRGD regs 18, 20 & 24, RTRA sect 25(5) & TSRGD regs 10, 27 & 28]"
Those are white zigzags. The markings outside schools are normally yellow, and are not covered by this legislation.0 -
I'd be interested to know how many objecting to drivers using their mobiles whilst driving ever smoke cigarettes whilst driving, or change CD's, or fiddle with their satnavs. There but for the grace of God ....0
