Driver who was talking on her mobile phone
Im guessing theres nothing I can do here but if i witness a driver talking on her mobile is there anything I can do, im 100% certain she was on her phone as she drove past me on the roundabout as i was waiting to enter the roundabout and you could see her right elbow was on the right hand door,

Isn't life too short to be bothering about something like this?
No offence meant, but in the grand scheme of things I personally couldn't bring myself to even give something like this a passing thought other than a momentary "tut, look what she's doing" as I saw her.0 -

In being concerned about the unlawful acts of other drivers, he may well be saving a life (and if you are going to have a rant at someone, it comes across so much better if you can spell).Gone ... or have I?0 -

maybe maybe not, i certainly wouldnt think that if a driver drove into the back of me because they were on they're phone and not concentratingI agree, I must see 50 drivers a day talking on their phones.
Maybe the OP doesnt get out in the car much?
i drive to work and back which is about 24 miles there and back, i do see other drivers on they're phone but they are always going opposite direction to me, it just annoys me that there are drivers who dont think when drivingIf you report her it is your word against hers I am afraid.
thats why i said theres not much i can do about it0 -
Ok, what if a car passenger were to photograph a driver on his mobile with number plate clearly in view and the fact he is on the phone and moving clear?0

exscuse me but wht the flipping hell, i never said i was perfect, ive made mistakes yes but id never talk on the mobile whilst driving, yes ive sent a short text or 2 but thats it, im hardly being a busybody as you put it, im concerned for other peoples safety, id hate someone to be knocked over or another car hit by a driver who was on the mobile as theres no exscuse for it0 -
