I could report 100++ drivers a day for some breach of the law by just standing at our lane end.

Reminds me years ago we had an old duffer colnel who had moaned to the police about speeding in the village ..........guess who was one of the first they nicked when the put in the speed trap he demanded!

Blast the horn at them. They wont be concentrating and will brick themself.

best not do this going past a school lest a startled driver lose control and mow down a bus queue of kids

im 100% certain she was on her phone as she drove past me on the roundabout as i was waiting to enter the roundabout and you could see her right elbow was on the right hand door,

You're "100% certain" that she was on the phone, yet you make no mention of actually seeing her with the phone clamped to her ear. I get the feeling you'd have said as much if you had. On the other hand we have you admitting

yes ive sent a short text or 2 but thats it

In that case can I have your driving licence number, car registration and the time and date of this offence please? I think I need to report you to the plod for driving without due care and attention. That's if you haven't already turned yourself in, of course - you being such an upstanding member of the community.

Love it, why not fit an extra loud horn too just for such occasions?! :D

The single most annoying people who use their mobile whilst driving are the ones driving round in £50k cars - if you can afford a £50k car you can afford a few quid extra for a hands free system!

And I'm sure plenty of £50k cars have inbuilt bluetooth systems, but obviously the drivers are too thick to figure out how to use them. More money than sense and all that :)

Ok this is an easy one, the op needs to keep an eye on the road not looking at what over people are doing in their cars.
