ghostmad, what you said last night (have re-read it as I didn't digest it then)...you might actually be right, so don't be sorry for it.

I'm glad I have all of you here to talk to...I'm sorry if I bore you. But, on a happier note, the flat I went to see today is MINE and it's perfect! Not too big, nice and compact.

That's good news - hope you feel better after yesterday, read back and I'm really glad to hear Pint is being supportive.

on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

  • I'm here - the internet is soo slow, it's as if we've gone from broadband to dial up!

Elfen - glad the place is yours and in all honesty I can't blame you for disabling facebook.

Hello everyone (including Jinky and Luc!)

Kayleigh, hope the house is good and that you can sort the car out.
Pooky, I agree you should see a doctor.
Bunny, lots of (non naked) hugs.

Gonzo, I agree you need to clear the air with the Mrs. I've probably missed it but is there a reason she can't get a job, even just a couple of evenings a week in a bar or something? Or could she do the daily clicks? Sorry if I'm putting my foot in it there. It's a real breakthrough though for her to realise that spending on a credit card would have made things so much worse.

Thanks sally, now I have to sort out what I need to get....

I haven't read back on last night's chat yet, but I wanted to say make sure you check out freegle and charity shops, don't do what I did and get a loan to get sorted in your new place, although I'm sure you've already worked that out!

Well I'm going to practice my drums before my lesson tonight. My car's stuck at sisters cos her car's in for it's MOT at a garage round the corner from me. I hope it's done today, otherwise I'll have to get a taxi to hers to be able to drive to my lesson.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
