Thanks for the welcome, sending hugs and gold stars for being brave to all who need them, feeling lonely is horrible, feeling dizzy is nasty and worrying about others feelings is a huggable offence in my book.

As she hasn't actually said anything are you making an unfair assumption? You need to tell her you feel like this or its will definitely boil over at the wrong moment and in the wrong way...

well she does keep on pointing out that

'since i have started my new job things have been so much harder'
    and
'your new job really has made things hard for us financially'
    and
'this new job of yours has really made it so we cant do anything any more'

to be honest i know i am ranting and i am only ranting because i am feeling sorry for myself, and i know she rants because she is feeling sorry for her self and probably because she is bored being a SAHM with no money to take herself and the wee one out for a treat every now and then

anyways going to try and get myself out of this funk today, its not helpful to me or anyone else,
i am going to be applying for a new job for which would make things a lot easier if i got it (5k a year pay rise + walking distance from my home so minimum petrol)
once these next 2 months is done i will be able to start rebuilding my funds again so will have a cussion
all my households debt is currently going down
things really arent as bad as they could be i still have my health and a healthy family

on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)
  • Bunny - send lots of vitural hugs your way. We all loves ya.

Elfen - I hope everything went ok with Pint last night, you did the right thing.

Gonzo - I agree with what everyone else has put, talk to your wife about it before it all boils over and something is said that you may both regret

    Hello Jinky.

    Is it home time yet?
