    moooooooorning!

I'm a tired baby kiwi this morning.

I thought kiwi's were New Zealanders (confused smiley)

And Gonzo - have a big hug - hopefully by anticipating the worst you will be pleasantly surprised...

    Morning, morning.

I was supposed to get up at 5am to go to work this morning. I opened my eyes, looked over at the clock, 7:55. Looks like I need a new alarm clock :D

9 years isn't bad for a clock to last, but it's had its day. I have to go Spend Money now. £2.50 at Argos, perhaps... :rotfl:

Lol! I am not a Kiwi in the sense of a person from NZ, more in the sense of a small brown fuzzy fruit with a green inside.

    I just had a proper sad moment...hmmmmm

Gonzo-March was like that for me-everything went wrong.

Ok unlurking bringing jammydodgers pots of coffee and gingerbread. cold cold cold day, but sunny. hoping to collect carpet this afternoon, so must tidy and empty a space in this rubble heap to store it until carpet fitter is free to oblige Shuffles off to find coffee and clean cup

I did wonder who the person who seems to like me so much was. *nibbles gingerbread*

Right, better see if I can soak the mess off the car before my viewing. What a glamorous life I lead. *rolls eyes*

hey bun i really think you need to go and see a doctor if you are green inside as that doesnt sound healthy :rotfl:

and a razor might help with the fuzzyness ;)

want to share the sad moment?

i know i just hate it when these things happen it gets to a point where i feel i am properly getting on top of things all my little pots of budgetted money where looking healthy and then wham everything starts going wrong and suddenly i am back at square one with no spare money knowing that if one more thing dies i might have to turn to either my brother for a loan or a credit card

as i need car to get to work since its 30 miles away each way and need the boiler since its a combi so we have gas central heating hot water from the same source and use a mixer tap for the shower so dont even have a electric shower so i could at least wash...

although at least my wife is honest, she has admitted that its a bloody good thing she no longer has a credit card as she is in a f-it mood at the moment and if she had access to any money she would just go and spend it

on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

That's a bit of a breakthrough Gonzo - for her to realise her spending was mood related is a step in the right direction;)
