Help needed - trying to create a recovery disc

Apparently there is a difference in the discs, but it's only relevant for people with CD Audio recorders. ... there are "consumer" machines that will only record to the special, more expensive "music" media. This media simply has a special code pre-written on it that the consumer CDR looks for. If you put in a CD that does not have this special code a consumer CDR will not record to it.
Not relevant to your situation.0 -
Nope, it says Home, don't tell me I can't use this one!! lol
is it easy to take to bits, I've been told that some of the keys stick, thought I might try taking it to bits to see if they need cleaning.0 -
No, I wasn't going to use that key.0

Well its finished downloading now, so keep your fingers crossed!!0

It wouldn't burn it, came up with Command Sequence error, amongst other things.
Didn't ask me if it was Image to disc or Data disc0 -
Won't it work if I try copying to a DVD? - I'm gutted after waiting so long!!0

Forget that, it came up in another box which I missed, its doing it now. -
Well it was - or so I thought - its come up with an error again, it says -
Synchronised Cache failed.
Write error incorrect medium used.0 -
Oh er - just put cd in drive again to see if it said anything was on it, and a screen came up asking if I wanted to install Windows.
Think I'll try putting it in laptop, see what happens, although the disc says there's nothing on it - how odd!!0 -
Nothing happened, it fired up, but the screen didn't change. I put the disc in my pc's drive, I get a Windows screen asking if I want to install.
Just looked at the drive again to see if there is anything on the disc and it says its full, I wonder if it wanted another disc? But it shouldn't have, the disc now says its got 592 used space, the down load was only suppose to be 542MB0
