Help needed - trying to create a recovery disc

Yes, sorry, I just found it. I tried to send you a message back to ask if it would work with the Windows product key number on my sticker or if it didn't need one but you PM box is full.

It probably won't work whilst I'm backing up my PC will it?

If you want to make an exact copy of your C drive, you'll need Imaging software. To be found here orhere.

If you are asked for a key, then enter the one on the bottom of your laptop if it's still visible. If it isn't....

Yes, you can download and create the disc now. If you are using it to post here it's clear that you can download.

Are you backing up to the same physical disk, or an external drive?
