    Yes, sorry, I just found it. I tried to send you a message back to ask if it would work with the Windows product key number on my sticker or if it didn't need one but you PM box is full.

    If you want to make an exact copy of your C drive, you'll need Imaging software. To be found here orhere.

    If you are asked for a key, then enter the one on the bottom of your laptop if it's still visible. If it isn't....
