  • i have just recieved a letter from mckenzie hal over a loan with welcome finance my i have just had a letter from them saying how would you like to pay the £4000 loan back i have requested for all the information to be sent to me regaring this as i didnt know about this and it looks like my ex partner has taken a loan out in my name and forged my signature 6 years ago i dont know what to do the loan on the paer work was for £1500 but they are asking for £4000 back dont know what to can anyone help me please

    This thread is old so the best advice I can give you is start a new post on the "LOAN " section as they will have more experience and be able to advise based on your situation and not wade through 5 pages of years old stuff to get to your one post.
