Kleeneeze or Betterware?

No offence to anyone but the stuff from betterware and kleeneze really is not great quality infact I would go as far as saying it is poor alot of what I have seen especially because of the price - A lot of the gear you can pick up in Poundland etc. I congratulate anyone who has made money previously or currently selling this stuff but i do think the target market of the customers that actually buy this stuff is declining because of the way things are(internet / bargain basement poundshops etc/ amount of choices elsewhere /old fashioned sales process) I think eventually these companies won't even be around. The people that actually make a decent living out of this must be few and far between.
I know of someone who did this when they lost their job and they worked their butt off and strugggled to make £200+ working full time and we live in what I consider to be a very nice area in Berkshire where i would have thought there was a good market for this kind of thing in comparison to alot of other areas.0 -
Hi RS
A post @ 2am, off to work???
When you say a nice area of Berkshire can you be more specific as I'm quite familiar with some of this area???
Was it Betterware or KLZ the person worked for???
Good post & cant disagree with anything. The poundland thing is a common quote you here & you cant compete with those prices to make your margins. The guarantee with every Betterware product is 12 months or more no quibble which is obviousley what you dont or cant get at these types of shops
The average bod doesn't make a fortune but yes there are quite a few that do make good money still.
Betterware offer this opportunity free of all charges so anyone joining is free in the knowledge that the only thing they can lose is there free time.
KLZ........well they all drive Porsches you know...........The Seeker of Truth & Justice for all0 -

I tend not to go to bed until very late :-/
The person worked for Betterware and this was a few years back, area was Windsor. Do you live around the area as well honestjohn? They put alot into this and got very little return so I dread to think what it would be like now.
Like I said I am sure some people have done well, and well done to them butI think they are in a minority and the adverts I see everywhere on the net that rope people into this are really ridiculous. In the majority of cases the personreading the advert would make more money on a minimum wage job, at least there is pay for the work that is done.0 -

I can't seem to access it. Hey RS2014. Most items you can buy from Poundland however during the time I was in Betterware I had rarely took items (about 1 in 1000 items) back if customers believe it was poor quality. I have used some Betterware items myself. I have bought some items from £1 shops like Poundland/99p store/poundworld. The quality is good for most items but not as good as Betterware's quality. Also with buying with Betterware, you'll get the 12 month money back whereas the £1 shops only offer 30 days money back. Also you'll be getting personal customer service with a big smile.
Believe it or not, I think the market for catalogue companies are in fact growing. Just because someone may have access to Internet doesn't mean they won't order from catalogues. Look at me, I'll always order from catalogues and I have internet.
Catalogues are always better than internet because you can scroll through the pages looking for items.
With Betterware or any other catalogue company, or in fact any business, It will take time to find the customers. My first month in Betterware I only got £100 (commission was £20) of orders. 5 years later of constantly doing activity (i.e. regularly dropping the brochures) I was earning £500 per month. My highest year's pay was about £7500. First year was about £1500.
Just give it time for your customers to notice you'll be visiting regularly and don't give up on your first drop/month.0 -
I am a single Mum with a 4 year old, 9 year old and 10 year old, I ve been running my Kleeneze around the kids for just over 6 months now. I ve built my income to £1000 a month so far and it is still growing. I have also qualified for a free 5* cruise in May after just 6 months in business. Kleeneze isn't for everyone but if you are prepared to stick at it and actually work then it works. It isn't a quick way to get rich, it is a business that needs time and effort. The rewards however, if willing to put time and effort in, are amazing! I still cannot believe I get to go on a FREE holiday in May! If I can do this anybody really can, you just need the right coaching and the will to want to do it. Hope that helps :-)0
