    I see Kleeneze are still promoting their rip off premium rate 0844 number on their website for anyone silly enough to ring it to earn them some cash. Can cost up to 41p a minute to call it from a Uk Mobile.

    http://www.kleeneze.co.uk/contact-us/

    Hopefully they are aware of the section 41 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013 recently published by BIS makes it illegal to use 084, 087 and 09 numbers for after-sales customer service lines for enquiries, renewals, complaints, refunds and cancellations in most business categories including most retailers, transport firms and many others, on and after 13 June 2014.

    Be nice to see them publish a 01/02/03 number sooner rather then be forced to do so.

    Unlike Kleeneze, Betterware publish a normal 01 number to contact them.

    Hi Sandra

    Thanks very much for the PM, not sure what that was about :eek: we get quite a few people not quite telling the truth on here so I'll play along for the time being

    Your answer to you question as above is...........

    Your agent should deliver you another book with a sticker on giving you approx 24/48 hrs notice of their intention to deliver the goods back to you

    I hope this helps/answers & its very good that you havent had a book from both companies for the last 5 years & yet you get both on the same day............. Just like London buses as they say :rotfl:

    ADMINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN :cool:

    Hey, John, I'm not sure what you are talking about but when I got my betterware catalogue, the only contact details was a sticker with just a phone number, no name. I don't know if both of the books were delivered at the same day as I was out during the weekend however both books were on the doormat when I got back on Monday morning. Both books wanted them to be out on the Wednesday. It was a simple guess that since both books wanted to be out at the same day that it would be the same day that I would have received them.

    Also the two number(s) on the betterware catalogue was a 01752 so he was quite near to me.

    Also the person didn't leave any delivery note (or I couldn't find it) with details either. The only note he left was a hand written with "Deliver order on Monday" I was expecting some sort of note with the betterware logo.

    Also had the order arrive from both companies this morning. Had to send the bath mat from kleeneze back due to me almost slipping in the bath , whereas the betterware bath mat was quite good.

    @wonga I'm not sure who you was talking about but I'm not "Luke" and I have no idea who he is. If you want me to prove that I'm not Luke then tell me what you want me to do.

    Thanks
    Sandra

    I just spent 12pm to 1pm working out who this Luke character is, you guys have mentioned and accusing me of being. I (with help from my grandson) googled him up using "betterware Luke" and "Kleeneze Luke" aswell as adding the feature to see which site to look at. I manage to find quite a few facebook accounts and twitter accounts on both searches. I used my twitter account to talk to him. Got quite a few messages back saying that I got the wrong guy and then one said pm me about 2 hours after I sent the message and he told me the whole incident.
    From his twitter account;

    Usually I don't post any private messages online but I want this c**t-face to be named and shamed for his actions over the last year.

    (Removed Picture, as they contain private information- MSE team)

    After reading all of this, I know who Luke is however I don't know what his impersonator has done to this forum that has caused you guys to accuse me of being Luke etc.

    I have got proof that I'm not Luke but I want you guys;
    1) to show proof to me that you believe that I'm Luke
    2) tell me what I can do to prove that I'm me.

    Thanks
    Sandra

    I recognise that style of writing, Luke must think we were born yesterday.

    Me too HJ . I am open to being proved wrong also.. In your extended absence a lot of skull doggery and multiple posting buy a Kleeneze rep using different names took place which I guess you didn't see,resulting in numerous posts being removed by abuse.

    Sandra you said you worked for Betterware some years ago & I very much doubt nothing has changed.

    Normally.........the agent would write their name & number on the bottom of the order form. Normally......... nowadays........they deliver another book back through to you with yellow post it note (TM) & this doesn't have any BW logo thanking you for the order. Giving you a time/day when your goods are to be delivered & imforming you of the amount of the goods that are to be delivered to you. This in my eyes is fairly good customer service. Also in most cases books are left with the householders for 48 yrs

    All the stationary items are supplied free of charge but it has been known for some agents to develop their own stationary when in truth they shouldnt need to. I would have to say its pretty pointless saying you'll deliver on Monday when you dont know if you can fill the orders until the agents gets their delivery from Betterware. Again as a former agent you would know this?

    I am however a bit confused & you'll have to excuse a few sceptics when anyone new joins this thread, but run this through.....

    You haven't had a book for 5 years........... you get both on your doorstep......... you order the same product from both...... & you send one back.......... is that right??? All in the same week???

    As for Luke, not sure what happened there BUT guess Admin deleted him. Lets say he dug a few holes & told a few fibs. its either that or the dark side sent him to a new galaxy
