Kleeneeze or Betterware?

Hi wongawonga, the reason for free delivery (over £150) is because all orders from now on will not be delivered before Xmas, and despite what Kleeneze would like us to do the reality is most distributors stop putting cat's out over Xmas, probably the vast majority don't start again until the New Year, hence why they put the competition on for distributors in the weeks covering Xmas and New Year to try and keep distributors putting orders in.
Officially it's only for 3 days in reality every year the promo is extended throughout Xmas to the New Year, we shall see if it is again this year.
While I was in the derision I faced when I pointed out I **wouldn't** be putting books out on Boxing day ( no kidding).
They have no concept that people aren't waiting by their doors for the books to plop on the mat.0 -
Hmm - just because I have tried a few different things doesn't mean I didn't earn money, I earned more money from some than others and that's probably more to do with my own enthusiasm at the time and how much I put into each opportunity I tried. I suppose to some the fact I have tried different ways of earning money may mean I lack credibility but I have always been determined - I think I just get bored quickly?
I haven't spun any fairy stories and have only told the truth of my own experiences and have readily admitted to trying many different companies - I have not once lied.
People change jobs too - for better salaries, better hours or may be fortunate enough to be able to change their careers to one that they have always wanted. Do people get condoned for that too?
I'm not one of these people who state that you can change your lifestyle to a wealthy one or that you can get rich overnight - I'm just one of thousands of people in debt who needed some extra money, is that really wrong??Everything happens for a reason0 -

No of course it isn't but what is suspect for many who have been hurt by Kleeneze is people popping up saying they put out a small amount of books , easily with no hassle, made shedloads of money and it's all gone swimmingly. It just sets alarm bells ringing, kleeneze has a truly atrocious reputation for lying and deceit . it's the fault of kleeneze itself along with big earning distribuotars that go round the net posting how good it all is.
To my shame I too posted here saying how good it was , I had just started and it seemed OK but after a very short while I realised it wasn't. I too started out on foot but after just 2 weeks I found I was so far from home it was taking longer to trudge out with the books let alone going back time and again to get lost ones. Of course using the car costs money and I just wasn't making any money . Once I put out 200 books and got just £37 in orders , the people I met were very nice but they just weren't interested , they even said they'd rather go to the shops - we have several Bargain shops in town. People were friendly and I really tried but it just wouldn't pay for itself.
Couple that with going to meetings to be told how wonderful it is - they regularly rolled out people telling fabulous stories of going out with 10 books and getting hundreds of pounds of orders , all on foot with X amount of kids in tow and it made me and others feel like right failures. Of course this was until I got friendly with a few people there in the team , found we had things in common and the truth came out - the lying about how long things took, the fact that huge orders shown included one off massive orders never repeated and were months if not years old. They always rolled out this or that new person but after a few meetings they weren't there again and people got frankly rather unpleasant when I inquired after them.
After a while I realised I was in a web of deceit and had lied even to myself - it would get better tomorrow, if they could do it so could I, perhaps I *was* negative like they said. But no , I realised with the help of frankly wiser heads in my family ( who I had been asked to recruit , then when they wouldn't and I told upline what they had said , I ws told to *ignore* them) that this whole thing was a charade. It used to work but frankly only a tiny handful make any money now either on the books or recruiting . I at least have tried it and my area was poor , I did my best .
Coming back to this site I realised I wasn't alone nor was my experiences in anyway unique to me, since moving on I have met other who have done it including a guy who got to gold and did huge retail like Morethanconcerned and everything he told me months ago rings true to what I read here. Jeanette has been supportive and understands the idea that you can bee all for it and think it;s OK then *see the light* as it were.
Now you've said you've done this for years before - you *must* therefore realise where everyone is coming from , you *know* full well how this game is played, you know how they spring on any good story and omit fine detail and use it to * encourage* others, most of the time it just makes others feel awful and hopeless. You are very lucky to have a good area, and great that you have fallen on your feet , but you MUST realise that you are very very lucky and that for the vast majority of people sucked into this it's NOTHING like your experiences . You have to see how it comes across , given how hurt and bitter many feel, I feel bitter even after all this time , you can't honestly expect to get anything but a negative reaction can you? To make out that it's all due to personality is just wrong and upsetting , I work with lots of people gardening and some bought from me , it's nothing to do with any of that and everything to do with the stuff not being what people need or want nowadays and being too expensive. For others who know very little to echo this point is hurtful and pointless too. It's just a daft thing to propose and the sort of thing kleeneze would say to make people fall in line and feel small, it's horrible actually.
From your posts and your own admittance to trying many things it seems you are searching for something and thats good but to come to a place filled with people upset and angry then wonder why they don't embrace you is rather self explanatory isn't it? what did you expect? Futhermore , and don't take this the wrong way , you'd be better off getting a good nights sleep to help you with the things you want to do rather than posting here in the early hours of the morning. Just a thought.0 -
No I'm not going to come back about another company on a Kleeneze thread, but I will say that even though I'm not a fan of the catalogue system, and don't do it myself, it does work IF you're prepared to put in the work. Jenny and others prove that.
I prefer to have a very small customer base - a few close friends and family - who, btw, love the products they use and they, nor I, do not think we are paying ''over the odds'' - and then spend my time finding others to do the same as me.

They used to tell me all that, selling to friends and family, after a few sympathy orders it all dried up. I hope you realise that they probably just want to help you. Is it really sustainable., I looked at what you do and while it all sounds very nice it seems a bit of a fad to me and will people be so willing to buy stuff on it's green credentials when the economy bites ? I did a little work with an organic grocer that opened up but it soon closed as while people loved the stuff they just weren't prepared to pay that little more for the organic label over the supermarket. Good intentions but broken on the wheel of money really.0 -

I will never go back to using products with chemicals in because i have done my own research into the potential harmful effects to ourselves and the Planet. People need to stop for a few minutes and ask themselves why are illnesses on teh increase, why do more and more people get diagnosed with sinus problems, yeast problems and so on. Most GPs only treat the symptoms presented while we should be looking at reasons why and underlying causes. I'm not prepared to take the risk and would rather use less or eat less of better quality products and food after all we have all gotten into the habit of using unnecessary products and eating much more than we really need.
Things have got to change, we are currently using a Planet and a halfs resources - that cannot carry on. We come from a greedy society where everything is for time saving, ease, people don't like a bit of elbow grease but as with any shortcuts there will be a price to pay and we are already starting to pay that price.
2012 is going to be a tough year in many areas and things have got to change.

Well my experiences are different to yours..sorry.
I'm building up a nice little customer base, around people I already know, and thats all I want. I dont want to go out ''cataloguing'' as I've always believed that network marketing is about ''a lot of people doing a little'', i.e. find a few customers and build a team doing the same. This is what I'm doing.
The problem I've found on this thread is that the people who have failed at Kleeneze are very bitter and believe its the truth to tell everyone that because they failed, everyone else will. Its not true. Sorry you failed, but people fail in every venture in life, just like others are successful. Thats the truth and I can quite understand how it hurts when you've failed yourself.
Happy Christmas to all

Log back on every now & again. Nothing for ages then all of a sudden pages of replies
I'm too getting fed up of certian posters with the only intent of recruiting & we have a few Wiki what sit on here of late. Can you add anything of value to this thread??? This is a Kleeneze V Betterware thread if you've nothing to add on this debate then politely clear off
As someone has mentioned above it will be a tougher year next year. There will be more & more people out there looking for an income or a 2nd income. Kleeneze are scum & they in the whole need terminating. Asta la vista baby!

There goes my point entirely. Because I have a view on Kleeneze and network marketing, suddenly I'm recruiting!! Well, I'm not (notice the lack of any links...its a dead giveaway!). I know what you're doing, accuse us of recruiting then hopefully we get banned.
What you really want is a thread where everyone thinks that Kleeneze is scum, like you. Debate and discussion doesnt work like that, people have different opinions and those opinions should be respected. I have no problem with you thinking they're scum, but I dont agree with your opinion.
