Post Office credit card?

I am going to ask for another BT if it is still fee free.
You can request a fee-free balance transfer at any time during the 0% promotional period and, unlike its competitors who mostly insist you leave a margin for possible fees, you can borrow right up to your credit limit on the PO card.People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0 -
i have just applied online for this card. was accepted straight away.
GO THROUGH TOPCASHBACK, they are offering £15.60 if you apply for this card through them. still 0% and fees free, so being paid to tart!:rotfl:
also did the same for my morgan stanley cashback card, got £17.60 for applying for that one:rotfl: :rotfl:

I applied through quidco for £15.60 which is tracked to quidco account. I applied because I want to transfer my balance from Barclaycard.
Wonder why you were accepted straight away gentlepurr and others weren't?
How recently is "just" applied?0 -

"just" as in immediately before i posted here, cos i logged in to post a thread about cashback credit cards straight after doing it!
dont know why i was accepted straight away, other than a good credit record:D , but last screen said i had been accepted, told me what my credit limit was, and said docs will be with me within the next 5 days.

Hmm...I feel almost slighted now that it has to think about my application!
Wonder if it is anything to do with the level of card applied for?0 -

I applied on-line a while back no problems. Although they would only give me £500, took it and BT'ed from Egg Money, just got first bill.
Had a problem getting them the authorised paperwork as the forms said take to a Post Office to be "authorised", first 2 local ones couldn't do it, took documents to main post office and had counter staff so No can do. They said they need to see all the paperwork I had recieved as they need to make sure that I had filled everything in correctly and had all the correct documents. Asked to speak with Manager told him that all it said was bring originals and photocopies of requred docs, nothing about taking all docs to PO.
Eventually he agreed to "verify copies of originals" and explained they they had recieved a directive to be more positive with any forms to make sure that they are correct first time (what a good customer relations point there), unfortunately they had not received the lists of what is required for the cards.. I went home photocopied it and deliivered it to him next day....
On-line site ok but a bit basic. direct debit set-up for minimum payment ok. New T@C's with statement changing order of payment, doesn't affect me as using this as stooz card now, £500 would not last a month on my spending.0 -
I applied online for post office card (through linemypocket) and got the same 'we will contact you within 5 days' message. Within the following 10 days I got a new card, pin, 8k credit limit and balance transfer all completed. So I'm quite impressed so far!0
