Funeral - Have to go on my own?

I now have a plan that both myself and my mum are happy with.

We will all travel down and I will be dropped off at my mum's house and go to the funeral with my family while OH takes the boys off to do playground/soft play/beach walk/macdonalds, depending on the weather. I will phone him to come and collect me. My mum did say this morning it would be nice to see them all before we go home and has suggested they stay a while when collecting me.
