I got a cancellation email too. I might try to complain and say I'm happy to wait for it to come back in stock if people believe that is worth a try. I only ordered a sat nav for me as I do a lot of driving, and thought it might be a good purchase.

I'll have a read of the thread in the next day or so and compose a response.

sorry was typing fast

when i ordered 5.20 reports were coming back of multiple transactions on cards due to website so only ordered one.
then half hr later when only one pending showed on card ordered 2 for kids

first confirmed order received today after dispatch notice last night (payment still shows as pending on cc)
second confirmed order no comunication payment also pending

rang the company today all orders cancelled and we will have to wait 7-10 days for refunds.....they are unbelievable
