Thought i'd keep quiet and not ring or anything in the hope I got an order delivered, only ordered one HDD but had a cancellation email a few minutes ago!

If anyone has a spare HDD (know it's really cheeky) i'd be happy to buy it from you for cost plus postage (plus a bit more for you!)...needed one anyway to store university work on!

Well done to all those that got one, seems like it was complete luck as to who got their orders through! Great deal anyway!

thats ok then. I m sure all those who didnt get anything despite ordering in the first few minutes wont mind if you end up with two.

i cant believe this. I made two orders - the first at 12:19am for a sat nav and hdd and another at 12:59am for the same as previous order (as told my family about it and i had requests coming in).

I had a confirmation for both via email, but ringing up today to see when would be an approx delivery date i was told both orders had been cancelled.

Now how on earth can both of mine be cancelled when other people ordered hours after me get their orders (with more items). What a wast of my time refreshing untill i got to payment page.

Can't believe how many peops are just rolling on their backs over this one and letting a company like this shaft them. A company doing stuff like this is liable to prosecution, I'm pretty sure one will be raised. I contacted watchdog for them to look into this... It's absaloutly disgusting that that people have Bern left to deal with this even though they was in first.. No problem with those who got.. But the company cocked up

I'm sure I did but I defo mentioned the site but they get back to you if they need more info... Would be good if others can contct them aswell.

Can you write that again so I can understand it?

Without commas / full stops I am struggling to work out if you had any other emails apart from order confirmation.
