No I had money taken 3 times on credit card x2 + debit card x1 with no email.
Contacted credit card + bank. Both confirmed that money had been taken even though nothing showing on online statements. Nothing that either could do to stop payments except to give me a number to call to try and reclaim money if goods not recieved. Both advised cancelling existing cards to prevent fraudulent further use.

and gave them my reference number, I was told that I did not get myy order which I put through at 10 am saturday. I was told the money was onl earmarked and will be returned to me.

Just spoke to them. Both my orders placed at 02:29am on 08/05/2010 and 12:14PM on 08/05/2010 have been confirmed. One for the hardrive and the other for the satnav.
All orders are being processed right now and should be sent out in 24 hours.
The person on the phone was quite certain that pretty much everyone who received an order number should be getting their items.
She also mentioned that alot of people had rang in saying they didnt get an order number, and she couldnt find any details of them on the system. She didnt mention anything about money.

I received an acknowledgement email with a order number
