they say debited your card. There was an intention to create legal relations and they have taken payment, i,e. you cant withdraw that money can you whilst it is on hold...

I ordered yesterday around midday, i'm not hopeful on receiving anything, but gave it a shot. Checked my cc card this morning and the trans is sitting in pending-this DOES NOT mean it has been debited and DOES NOT form a contract with 20:20 logistics. They have merely checked that funds are there for taking, providing the transaction goes ahead.
I would highly doubt that anyone's credit/debit cards have actually had the transaction fully completed.

Has anybody got through to them using 01270412020 today? Tried today and yesterday and no-one would pick up.

Unlike Pix these guys are very clear on what the deal is......

Anyways a pre-authorisation on a card is not the same as a debit......

You are wasting peoples time on this one.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.

IE if they have no more stock coming you cant have it...

When you click into more details the price is still showing as £8 for the hard drive!

Yes it does, but more than likely when it does come back into stock the price will have reverted back to normal, coincidence eh?

I placed my order at 12:05 in the morning of 08/05/2010, I tried 3 times but the order failed at the end, the money has been reserved and my bank balance reduced. I rang them this morning only to find that no order exists and they have no stock left.

How stupid is it to have a Sale that starts on a Saturday when they are not even open on a Saturday..!!!!:(

ive just called orange and they confirmed my sat nav and hard drive have gone out in todays post with royal amil and should be with me tomorrow - I just quotes the order number on my confirmation email
