Even if you received the confirmation email of your order with an order number on it is not an actual agreement for them to sell one to you. This is within their terms and conditions and the only time the contract is actually binding is when they actually take the money from your bank. I have posted about this on the page prior to this one. IF you have had the money actually confirmed as taken from your card then they are obliged to sell. As I have read from here no-one has actually had this happen as yet??poor-but-happy wrote: »I recieved an order acknowledgement, did others recieve an order confirmation or an acknowledgement? Sorry, do you mean you got a confirmation email after the acknowledgement email?0
-
No, I got a thank you for your order acknowledgement and nothing else. It just had an order number on and the item I had ordered and that was it. I have received nothing else and I suspect the next email will be to say "sorry, not in stock" and no money has been taken from your bank.poor-but-happy wrote: »Sorry, do you mean you got a confirmation email after the acknowledgement email?
Even when you pay like this the money only stays pending on your account (its not actually taken) and in their terms and conditions the actual contract begins when they actually "take" the money.
I doubt there will be many that actually get these deals. Maybe wrong but just a gut feeling here.0 -

Its like a lot of grabbits you have to be in it to win it some will win loads will lose but its a chance you take and money will be back in your account in a couple days so save it for the next grabbit never know could be lucky
If you dont like me remember its mind over matter, I dont mind and you dont matter

I really hope that I get one of these
I did order at 6 this morning so i don't think that I have much chance.
It would help me so much with uni work, and the fact I need to back up work before my computer dies, its on its last legs.
If anyone does get a spare one they'd like to sell, think of me pretty please!£11,000 in 2011 = £71.740 -
. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit or debit card or (ii) despatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the earlier.
happy days then0 -
Hi I went online at 2am this morning and managed to buy two of these sat navs without a problem - one for the hubby and one for my father in laws birthday. I phoned up orangeaccessories this morning and they confirmed my order had been processed and I can expect delivery on Tuesday!! Thank you for this super dooper money saving tip :T
welcome newbie. when are you sending these out?0 -
They have been open all day.0

anyway, reading the t&c's they confirm the contract is valid when money is taken from you so if anyone doesnt receive their item, they can pursue.0
