Just spoken to customer services as had no confirmation screen but entered my details twice! Spoke to my bank and they have said they have tried to take money 4 times. Spoken to orange they said bank will hold payment for 2-3 days then just cancel order!!! Hopefully! Shame as really wanted one

This is the important bit about their terms and conditions so if anyone has had the "payment" actually taken from their bank this is a binding contract i would assume

gutted if anyone bought an extra two and somehow dont require them ill gladly pay for them.

You need to ensure that the money has actually been taken and not earmarked. It is not always obvious which has occurred.

just spoke to them and they said - no confirmation email, no sale.

I just think its best to avoid these in future - clearly unreliable company if they can not run a website
