I have just spoken to the CS of the website .

'All promotional items have now been allocated and there are no more in stock, but you may still be charged temorarily if ordering online' he said

Well here is a thing. I tried to order and got kicked off at the last point of paying. Re-entered details and got a confirmation. Checked the email after reading that people had been charged twice, fearing the worse. I had tried to order 2 x sat navs for husband and Dad, according to the confirmation I have paid for two but am actually getting four. Goodness knows what will turn up.

just rang them, as i got service unavailable when i went through to verifing my payment details.

he said that the money will be held with my bank and released back to me in a couple of days, he also said that all promotional items were out of stock:mad:

i mentioned that the site still says instock so why have they not closed the items, he said they were in the process of doing just that.

bloody shame as i only wanted a couple of harddrives :(

if anyone is wants to sell me one i would be gratefull ;)
