    . The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit or debit card or (ii) despatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the earlier.

    Have you actually had the payments taken or is it just pending? If its just pending then that can be reversed but if actual payment has been taken then you should be OK. It was very quick if you have:eek:.

    i havent purchased, but looks like people have had several amounts debited. I hope they honour all customers though

    I really doubt that anyone has actually had the money debited yet??? The debits may be pending (if you look at your available balance it may be reduced by the amount of your pending payment) but I doubt that any amounts have actually been taken. Its too soon I would say??

    I placed an order at half 12 today 1st time crashed at payment, tried again a few mins later with success, received an order aknowledgement and showing in my online banking like this so looks to me as if theyv took payment already?

    you know better and i know you will have looked at the T&C

    money will be pending and people need to know that even thought looks like its been taken from there account its still there and you have no fight
    If you dont like me remember its mind over matter, I dont mind and you dont matter ;)
