Sat Nav Snooper & 160gb Portable Hard Drive £8 each

My first order seems to be ok, am on the phone with them now.

But the second order of the same thing, I was getting annother of the same thing so it was classed as a duplicate order which has been put on backstock, so if they do get more stock i should get another one.

Oh well, My friend won't get one but at least i've managed to get one :-)

EDIT: Just to let you all know, I ordered at 6:30 in the morning on the 8th

I called customer services just now - 2 orderes were placed for the same address, 1 from me & 1 from my partner. Customer services said the system saw this a duplicate and only processed 1 order.
They have rectified it and said both orders would be fulfilled and dispatched in the next 2-3 working days. (Southwing Bluetooth Device)
If you have placed more than 1 order to the same address, i would contact them to clarify as they may dismiss all subsequent orders as duplicates.

Just called them I m not getting mine, I feel sorry for the call staff though, its not their fault but they are taking a lot of stick for this. The man I spoke to was very apologetic. at least I know for definate now.

well, i dunno if im getting mine.
just called them and they said cos the order was placed over the weekend, they wouldnt know yet..bla..bla...bla, they said i need to call them back in about an hour to confirm. they asked if i placed 2 orders, which i most certainly did not.
well i didnt expect to get it, i mean i ordered at 5:43am,
will call in an hour and hear what they have to say.
if it comes, great, it if doesnt great, im not losing any money

I've just called the customer service number and was told that my first order at 01:16:18 on 08 May 2010 for the handydrive should be with me tomorrow , but I won't be getting my second order at 02:02:00 on 08 May 2010 for the satnav as it is out of stock

I placed my order at 01:13:11 on 08 May 2010 I just spoke to some guy he claims the item is out of stock... How can people who ordered in at 6 in the morning be getting there's before those ordering before:mad: them??

I'm miffed bcuz there is no consistancy for a big company is there any thing I can do ..

Just checked my bank and it says they have earmarked 4 x £16.00 and 1 x £8.00 for these orders. I never actually got to the final screen and did not have a confirmation. Just spoke to CS who said all monies earmarked by mistake will be released back into the account tonight. He said if no joy call again tommorow and said there will be no more hard drives. I shall be more careful with ordering from unknown companies in the future.
