WORD OF WARNING - this is only my view as a customer of SON and I would have proof if SON bothered to respond

having ordered and paid for £63 worth of goods they managed to deliver half of the products with £40 worth outstanding. I have so far made numerous calls, sent 20+ emails and faxed. So far I have been unable to contact the company and have no response from email (some have bounced back)

The website was still up and running at the weekend offering 70% off. I would try and contact the company and get their view before placing an order or you may be wasting your money. Unfortunately we paid with a debit card so we can't reclaim the money, I've contacted companies house and trading standards who are unable to help at this time

I have just re-ordered the products direct from the manufacturer and asked them about SON their response was they also think they've gonme bust but they have no confirmation

Just had another look at their website and the "About Us" section

"We never loose sight of the fact that you, our customers, must come first. Our aim is to offer a high level of honest, efficient and friendly personal service."

Somewhat a joke as I had to email the Administrators last night to try and get some money back for the products they have not delivered to date
