i agree though, i have had money taken too and not yet seen my goods, but given the situation i would suspect that as they are winding down the business and at the same time having to handle a large number of orders, probably more than they have ever had in one weekend, the combination of the 2 would be likely to cause slower dispatch than expected, and so i am hoping that everything will turn up soon, but am not that worried yet... come mid next week if we're all still without our stuff, then it will be time to start getting annoyed, but not yet.0

I ordered loads on Firday evening and have received only a few items so they must have sold out incredibly quickly or are not processing in order. I had 2 seperate packages and in the second there were only 2 things and both were wrong. No idea whether to bother sending them back or not as I'm not convinced I'll get my money back. I have no use for either so would have to sell on or give away.0

I've recieved a package this morning (after getting a second despatch email on saturday). All items are there although one thing I ordered in black has come in navy. I've emailed them asking to replace, I already have £3.05 'credit' on my account, don't really want any more!Money, money, money, must be funny....in a rich mans world.

just got this email.... have been phone to bank now to find out what to do now, but it's awfully confusing as the figure they give me doesn't match up with either what i have ordered,actually received, what i've spent, nor what they've charged me, so i am totally perplexed ... also even more confusing is that my order arrived just now and one of the items is the wrong one, but is much better than the item i did order, so now i don't even know if it's maye they have charged more for that. anyone else get this email???

Sorry to hear about that, thats awful. Just to let others know - I ordered the potette travel potty and the liners and received them today. Mine was just a small order. I had a dispatch email last Weds but still no delivery, and keeping an eye on this thread has worried me, especially when the final line of the dispatch email says "amount will be credited with your next delivery/order (or if you prefer a refund please email or ring us)" - I had a few items OOS so assumed they were keeping the extra money. However, had an almost immediate response to my email today stating that outstanding orders are being sent out today and my card has only been charged with the items i will be receiving. (will check tonight, can't remember the online banking password!) Let's just hope they're telling the truth and we'll all be getting our stuff in the next couple of days...0

i am hoping it is just an admin mix up, i am still outstanding items valuing the amount in credit, and have just had an email to say they will be sending them tomorrow, so fingers crossed that will be the end of it... the bank has said if they don't come through, they can open a dispute and they will put all charges on hold if required, so am not too worried now as i am sure it will get sorted out one way or another, and i did get a bargain baby carrier and sunshade, so am still pleased with that0

For anyone requesting a refund via the bank, you should be able to dispute the debit / credit card transaction. You will need proof that you have requested the refund and not recieved the items. (keep all your e-mails etc)
