I had to chase them with an e-mail and this is the response:
Many thanks for your order and your email message.
Unfortunately all the items you ordered were sold out - some of our most popular items sold out much faster than anticipated, so we were unable to fulfil all orders.
We are sorry to have disappointed you in this instance. Our May sale is still running, so if there are other items still in stock, you may wish to choose something else.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Oh well, you win some you lose some!Proud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j0 -
I've left a voice mail for them and sent an email but no response yet... I guess the old saying 'If it sounds too good to be true then it usually is' rules the day on this one. Such a shame, I'd hate for my companies last days in business to leave such a bad taste in people's mouths (I'm breaking out all the cliches today LOL). Still ever so faint hope that no news is good news but who am I kidding.0

Hi, im a bit of a newbie on here.... I ordered lots of wooden items & some clothes on tuesday. I recieved an email to say all was OUT OF STOCK except one little plastic toy I wasnt particuarly wanting - and the delivery charge would be £3.05 - which was more toy was in the first place!
I emailed immediatly to cancel my order ( as it says you can cancel in the confirmation email) only be told that unfortunatly order processed and cant be cancelled. And also that i am getting a bargain even with the delivery charge on
I feel totally conned by them - my theory is that most of these items were never in stock.... and just put there as a hook to tempt people into buying lots in the hope their non-popular sale stuff would sell! I've sent them an email reinforcing that i'd like to cancel and why and ive also phoned them only to go to an answer machine.0 -
although i didnt get much of what i ordered, i did (according to my confirmation email) get the sunshade and baby carrier i wanted, plus a whole bunch of eco kitchen stuff and baby creams, so i reckon they did have everything that was listed, but maybe only one or two of each... i placed 2 orders in the space of under an hour, and the order number had gone up by nearly 100... if the order numbers were in increments of 1, that would mean at that rate they could have had over a thousand orders placed over the weekend. and you can bet some greedy so and so's will have ordered 50 of the kitchen and things like that which can't have helped.
i must admit i ordered absolutely shed loads of stuff, it was all destined for friends and family to help them save money too, but the stuff i am left with is all things i wanted for my own family so i am kinda pleased really...
If anyone has a single item that they are stuck with but dont want, perhaps they could post it up here.0 -

Same here, I ordered Saturday afternoon and I have heard nothing yet. Have emailed and phoned to no avail. Fingers crossed eh! My order was for baby clothes and wooden toys.0 -
Ooooh I got another email tonight promoting the sale, more items reduced, I thought that was rather cheeky considering they cant even deal with the orders they currently have outstanding :-/0

I ordered on friday night, got an email yesterday, most of stuff I ordered is oos, so I have sent an email cancelling the other 2 items. I also got an email (in the same batch) advertising the sale!! A bit pointless really since everything seems to be oos!!!

Got another email today, despite 2 previous emails telling me the child's toilet seat I'd bought was in stock, now they have taken the money, but informed me that it is OOS!!!! They've said they will leave the money in my account for a future order, but given the problems am going to ask them to refund it, don't think I'll order from them again (particularly not if they are going out of business as previously indicated).Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0
