Did anyone actually get the wooden cooker they had for sale? What's it like in terms of quality? I've seen it in a few other places and am debating whether or not to get it. thanks0

I've still not heard anything from them. Ordered on the Sat 8th, confirmation came straight through but no dispatch email. On the plus side, no money has been taken from my debit card! No answer to both of my emails and the phone goes to voicemail..grrr!!! Anyone else in the same boat??0

exactly the same hereordered a few lovely bits, bit gutted if i dont get them but hey . ive rung and i have emailed but have heard nothing !

So after speaking with someone on Friday and that person confirming I'd be getting the bike, the nappy boosters and the wooden stove top set I get an email tonight saying that the boosters and the bike are ready for dispatch but no mention of the stove top set... I just dont understand how on Friday the CS person verified the three items I'd be charged for and that they would be dispatched on Monday and then on Monday I get an email saying I'd only be getting two items. Maybe I should have held off on my email telling them how rubbish they have been until I actually had the bike in my hands as I do REALLY want it!!!0

Oh and for those who received their original confirmation email but nothing since I'd say its highly likely your order has been cancelled, that is what happened to me and finally got a repsonse to my second email (after two voice mails as well) on Friday telling me my order had been cancelled but then someone called and said they had a few of my ordered items in stock afterall... but now it appears they dont actually.
What a farce. And they are still promoting the sale when they can even manage the orders that people have made already :-/0 -

Very confusing!!!
I've now recieved another e-mail, dated 17 May, stating that the 1 item that they actually had in stock has been dispatched and that they have taken a payment of £2.05 from by credit card. Also says that my account balance is £0.00.
I hope I receive my item soon and I'll be keeping an eye on my credit card account...0 -

I expect it has been cancelled - it seems they are only communicating with those who are getting some of their order. Would have been nice to get an automated email advising me of this thoughI feel like I'm in limbo!
