Well I received my pack of cleaning cloths this afternoon, together with a code for 10% off my next order!
Not that I was going to use it anyway (its valid until 16 June 2010) but according to another post, the company is closing at the end of May!!!

Just love their Customer Services... :eek:

(despite the fiasco with my order, I just wanted to thank the OP for posting this Grabbit as at least some people got some terrific bargains. Its just a shame that Spirit of Nature is/was so poorly organised)

:mad::mad::mad::mad: Have just been on the website and some of the items I ordered at sale price are back on at full price - the cot, the dress up bears. Can they take my order, payments and say they are out of stock then put them back on at full price? Am not very happy!

Same here - just had a quick look and lots that I wanted are back on sale. I was told no more stock was being ordered.
Seems a bit dishonest to me.

Hmm not sure what they're up to, it does say "WEBSITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION (ordering not possible, please try later)" so maybe they're just in the middle of updating it now.

Everything that they said was out of stock for my order is now appearing back on the site at full price, but as PP says you cant actually purchase it just says 'under construction' so maybe we'll give them the benefit of the doubt???

But then again if they are going out of business its not like they care about keeping their customers happy I guess!

If people didn't buy their products at full price when their shop is still up and running, they're not going to pay full price when they're closing down!

So they got my order but then decided to completely ignore my further two emails following up my order so I have no idea whats going on. I can only assume I'm not getting my order but they have been added to the site again a full price.

I also ordered a few items from the website on May 8th including the childrens wooden bike at 70% off. I received an order confirmation but no other correspondance. I have tried to contact them several times but they have failed to respond. I also noticed they are now advertising the same items at full price and they sent me a further e-mail on the 12th May to invite me to order more items at 70% off! I am furious. I am aware (having been driven to phone the citizen's advice line for the first time in my life) that this is not illegal practise but it is still extremely poor business ethics. Is there any official body to whom they are accountable and who could prevent them from repeating/continuing this and causing other people to waste time and effort searching their site?

Sorry of this is repetitive of other's postings- I haven't had time to read them all- just enough to get the gist and see there are other people as annoyed as me.
