I dont really think the police would be interested. Dominoes were at fault. Do police go round chasing £100 rent? Errrr.........no.

The police arent debt collecters. Nothing was stolen. An oversight on both parts yes.

Haha no, the police dont deal with theft at all do they

    It's not theft; it's a debt.

And of course Domino's can do whatever is necessary to track down a debtor. What a silly question.

What on earth makes you think they can't?

    Just go and pay them.

PS, If you'd gone to a local pizza shop instead of Domino's, it would probably only have been about £30 that you owe.

No-you dont have to pay and you are also entitled to compensation for the emotional distress caused by Domino'S.You are also entitled to legal aid to pay for this.

i actually find this quite funny not on ur part. but with dominoes. in my local dominoes in big black letters by the till it clearly states please check ur change as mistakes cant be rectified after uve left the store. all tho thats not what happend but must count as the same thing. if u cant complain that they short changed u then they shouldnt complain that u didnt pay enough or not at all. a mistake is a mistake after all.

could have been worse, they could have passed on your details to the Police and you would have had a visit rather than a phone call.
You've just got back from your honeymoon, it's Friday night ... and you're in a forum arguing the toss about stuff.

    And this is relevent why....

If you don't have a problem paying then why are you so concerned about them contacting you?

Erm, because they have your address from the address given to them to deliver the pizzas. Sheesh!
