I'm not trying to be on anything - just stating a fact.

And my question is so how do you know they acquired your address if they've been ringing the phoneline?

And I'm assuming that the person behind the counter has been sacked for not obtaining payment? Uh huh.

    Yeah - I thought so.

They stated our address when they rang us today.

Did they turn up at your house then or just ring you?

If they have just rung you then they have used the telephone number that they were called from (they keep them)

How do you know they have your address? ETS............ was typing this when you posted the above!

I was asking if it was right for them to find addresses out etc and call a number to ask for money. The number could have been a communal number etc..

What should they have done? Sent a pidgeon with a message strapped to his leg?
Went shoplifting at the Disneystore today.

Got a huge Buzz out of it.

To be fair, a few people have said very very similar.

I would be interested to know what you expected from your post. Did you expect people to say they couldnt call you and you should keep the £115?

Im just wondering though if Dominoes have done right in what they have done by tracking down someones number address etc. Im sure other companies would just see it as a learning curve to ask for cash!

Yes I think they have 'done right'.

I would if I was owed money as long as there is no dispute about the debt then it seems perfectly fair.
Thanks to MSE I cleared £37k of debt in five years and I was lucky enough to meet Martin to thank him personally.
