While I'm still paying off my credit card, I will:
- take lunch to work (all but 2 days a month)
- make PADs to my cc with the cash I've saved from ^
- not visit the beautician!
- not buy any crisps, snacks or drinks at work
- read the books I've got and visit the library if I haven't got it
- update my spending diary religiously
So far so good...

Hi all!
Just wondering how you are all getting along and whether you need a friendly kick in the DFW backside!
I am doing ok. Wondering whether my third week of flapjacks are going to get a little trying although I have been adding something new each week (apricots, pumpkin seeds etc!)
I managed to wheedle my way out of a film trip on Friday so as not to break my Wednesday pledge - and I didn't feel too desolate all in all!
I've realised I haven't been paying attention to the only food shopping once a week pledge, but, I have been sticking to my meal plans so I'm thinking perhaps I'll let that one slide!
Be really good to hear how the rest of you are getting on!

Hi - ive been doing OK with my pledge but could always do better...... Had people round yesterday and they didnt leave till nearly the girls bed time - by the time i had sorted them our and put them to bed it was soo late so caved into the take away

Oh well must move on and keep trying. All other days we have stuck to the meal plan. Will do new plan and order shopping online later. Have also been making own bread - which lucky the girls love! and making a few treats.....
Well done on not going to the cinema!! Thats real determination so good on you!! Im sure you will bring your DF date a lot nearer!!

Thanks Mums!
How about building in a HM "Takeaway" into your meal plan? e.g. you cook up one treat meal for the freezer each week to fall back on if you are caught out?
I need to make my own bread this week as forgot to stock up when I was doing my weekly shop and daren't venture into a supermarket, plus it will harm my No Spend Days challenge! What recipe are you using? Are you baking it or using a machine?
