I was going to jump on board and join you lot on the pledge scene, HOWEVER....
This morning I spotted the link on 50% off The Body Shop purchases and went a bit mad.....
Then now I have to get myself a decent desktop PC for various reasons... and a decent desk chair!
Calling me a "disaster" would be an understatement.
Oh well. Next month I will drum up a proper plan! In the meantime, good luck to all of you!:mad: Hindsight is a wonderful thing...
:j One of Mike's Mob! yea!!!
Finally settled full balance of RBS personal loan ahead of schedule on 10th August 2010 :money:
DEBT FREE AT LAST... BUT FOR HOW LONG?! :eek:0 -

Not exactly sure yet, first lot will go towards holiday money at the end of July maybe...or a special treat for myself....I know sensible would be to put it towards debt, but I might be more inclined to save if its towards something nice!!Debt busting 2022 Total £15842.68 £0 (100% paid since 1/1/22)- DFD: September 1st 2023[/b]

Hi Skintdragon
Don't delay - come on board!
Some of the pledges have been very small and manageable. Sure you could get the chair from Freecycle.
Do they have ilder PCS at your / a friend's work you can buy for cheap?
BigBeff - maybe you could split te £2 jar - half for debts and half for treats - best of both worlds? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Oh good idea ashamed of....I am trying to work out how I can fight my debt the most, before it kills me!! I am managing to pay all bills and I am hopefully moving up the country to live with my boyfriend in the summer (which means I will be able to rent out my house) and therefore my outgoings should be less, hopefully I will get a better paid teaching job (with responsibilty) so debts should go down quicker! Rambling I know...help me people, how can I knock it down quicker...don't know how I managed to get so out of control!Debt busting 2022 Total £15842.68 £0 (100% paid since 1/1/22)
