    Hi everyone,

Hopefully I'm still welcome on the board and haven't offended/upset anyone while I've been MIA.

I've been talking to nixi on facebook and she gave me a kick up the backside to come on and show my face (well ykwim)

I'm well healthwise and family is doing well too.
No major news, still waiting for PPI money although I have accepted offer and they have til the 25th to give me a cheque. Just short of the amount I thought I'd get.
Not done any ebaying but still clearing out the house and just giving it to charity.
I hope everyone else is well and even though I'm not on much these days, I still think fondly of everyone.

speak later (would say soon but it's me so could be another month)

Hey Cagne - welcome back :) Great to 'see' you. You're always welcome on the board - once a dribbler, always a dribbler, as far as i'm concerned.
Happy Birthday Hales - hope you're enjoying your day - from your FB it would seem you're looking younger and younger so that can't be bad!
Hi everyone else - thanks for all your hugs and lovely messages as always, you're all amazing xxx
Hugs to all those who need them too :)

Still dod manage to make tea with all the veg from the garden.... pots (had to dig em up early as they got blighted), tiny ickle baby carrots (well thinnings, but seemed too good to waste on the compost heap), courgette and a few french beans each.... YUM!!!

Thanks Jo - I miss you all too but i try to keep up with reading here and ville even if i don't post. Things seem to be manically busy all of a sudden. I've got a poorly French lad here who doesn't speak any English so it's quite hard, i really feel for him. He's been well checked out by the doctor who thinks it might just be home-sickness/ anxiety. He's only 14 bless him - i've broken the rules by speaking to him in French but it's either that or not communicating at all. I've been trying to translate and give him both French and English so he can still learn but his welfare's obviously more important than learning English.
How are your ducks? Are they any braver yet? Do they quack much? Ours were really quiet for the first few weeks and then became more vocal as their courage increased. I bet they've been loving the rain haven't they? or is the weather better up there?
